Good to be Back!

Back in Surrey and the garden looks just a little bit out of hand! :)

It was a pleasure to have been in Chesham, to walk the dogs and stay with Audrey and Peter. McGregor isn't doing too well unfortunately. They said the vet said it's his liver, but blood test results this Thursday will confirm. The poor thing... :(

Still... he's twelve and a half years old and he's had a good run in life. Nothing lasts forever. He's a dog with such a sweet and gentle disposition. I don't know how it'll turn out. Thursday will shed some light on that.

That aside, it's good to be back in Surrey. The news tonight said 20 degrees Celsius and sunny. A day of shopping tomorrow - need to get some groceries in. Then on to some gardening! All those weeds to pull out and earth to loosen and plants to feed and new blooms and buds and shoots to inspect! Nerd... I know. :)

I really do like it though. I wouldn't mind becoming a gardener. It's a good hard day's work out in the open, with fresh air, and it keeps you fit. And with the number of unemployment and shortage of jobs in the job market these days, it may not be a bad idea at all.

Want to write more, but suddenly sleepy and tired now. 11.30pm. Time for bed. Nite nite & see you tomorrow, Surrey.
